Any social , political or religious  movement , environmentalism in an activity that comprises many approaches 

It many include environmental education , nature conservation, wild life protection .

Environmental management and environmental activist etc.

Today there are local organisations ,or local chapter of national and international organisations in several developed and developing countries that are concerned with a variety of environmental problems and their solution .

Environmental is governed by the following laws.

1- Role of man is to create final order , harmony and balance in nature .

2- Man can engineer nature and modify it to his benifits .

3- Man has a moral obligation to protect and preserve the environment.

4- Environment is beàutiful , magnificent powerful and unpredictable .

5- A life supporting system is necessary for the survival of human being.

WORLD LARGEST ZOOLOGICAL PARK:Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park

The world largest Zoological park is Sri Venkateswara Zoological park .

That park is situated in India ( Andhra Pradesh) .

The park was inaugurated in 1987 .

The land area of the park is 5,532 acres .

Various types of animals are located in park i.e. leopard , white tiger , golden jackal ,wild dogs ,wild cat ,lion , elephant, etc.

NIYAMGIRI HILLS REFERENDUM

Niyamgiri hills are located deep inside the forests of South - western Odisha . 

In 2007 Environment ministry gave clearence to a firm called Vedanta force diverting 661 has of forestland for mining to Orissa mining corporation .

In 2008 supreme court also cleared the proposal .

However in 2010 a committee headed by N.C. Saxena thrashed the Vedanta proposal and environment ministry withdrew in 2011 . 

On April 18 /2013 supreme court directed the government of Odisha to seek the consent of villagers that were to be affected by Vedanta projects in and around Niyam giri .

Following this . 

The Odisha government drewe up a list of 12 villages likely to be affected in Rayagada and Kalahandi districts .

The villagers held gram subhas .

Every one of the sabha rejected the first environmental referendum .
